All E-Motive products come with the peace of mind of a comprehensive two-year unlimited mileage warranty for the bike. The battery warranty is 12 months for the Silicone and 24 months for the Lithium Ion version.
It is our responsibility to rectify any failure that is attributable to poor manufacture. Please note: Any defects caused by misuse or negligence are not covered under the terms of the warranty.
In the unlikely event that you should experience a problem, simply take your scooter to the nearest E-Motive repair centre.
